FintechPays is an editorial site operated by Stephan Kulik, a private individual based in Paphos, Cyprus. We run one editorial inbox rather than a contact form — the site collects almost no data by design (see our privacy policy), and an inbox keeps it that way.

Write to editorial@fintechpays.com. Put the topic in the subject line — "Correction", "Privacy", "Partnership", or "Press" — so it routes to the right person.

Corrections

If you spot a factual error, an out-of-date commission rate, a regulator citation we got wrong, or a reliability factor that doesn't match your experience, tell us. We publish dated corrections at /editorial-standards/ and we do not quietly edit the record. Include the page URL and what you believe is wrong; the more specific, the faster we can verify and fix it.

Privacy and data requests

For any EU GDPR request — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection — email editorial@fintechpays.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond to every data request within 30 days (one calendar month) of receipt. Because the site is low-collection, most requests resolve to "we hold nothing about you"; we explain why in the reply. Partnerships and press

Affiliate programs may apply for editorial consideration — but inclusion and ranking are editorial decisions, never paid placements. A program cannot pay to move up the rubric; the most it can do is apply. See the affiliate disclosure for how we keep rankings independent of compensation. Press and partnership enquiries go to the same inbox with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.

What this is — and what it is not

FintechPays is an independent editorial desk that grades fintech affiliate programs. This inbox is for editorial matters. It is not:

• Financial advice. Nothing we publish or reply is personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Capital is at risk; seek authorised advice before acting.
• Vendor support. We are not affiliated with the operators we review and cannot help with your account, deposit, withdrawal, payout, or dispute at any program. Contact that company directly.
• A signup or account channel. We never open accounts on your behalf and never ask for passwords, payment details, or trading credentials. Any message claiming otherwise is not from us.
